Refund policy

Even the best players take one back now and then.

We want you living in your gear, not regretting it. If something's wrong with your order, we'll make it right, no shame spiral required.

We'll happily refund or replace:

• Items we sent in error, wrong size or wrong design. Our blunder, our fix.
• Damaged or defective goods.

Heads up: send your request within 30 days of your order date. After that, the clock's flagged.
